Towny, Balkan's Weapons Bypass?

Hey,

I am having an issue on my server, which uses towny. Towny does not recognize and Balkans weapon as a valid weapon. Thus in None PVP areas it does not block it.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I also own a server and am interested in having it enabled in a PvP world and disabled in a Survival world.

Have not been able to find any solutions for this :/

It doesn't use a fakeplayer, so, I don't think it is possible to block with player permissions, other than just removing the mod entirely. And it probably also does not generate its own events, which would be the only other way I can think of.
