How to add custom Mod Packs

I have been fiddling around in folders trying to make a custom mod pack and have failed. The custom pack does not have to update the mods like all the others do, i just want to be able to have all my mine craft mods in one launcher. I got one to work kinda i just put all the files in vanilla (Yes i know i cant play vanilla then but i don't play it anyways)
