could use someone to be creative

My server need to get a better spawn, to i have a world were people have creative. so if you want your name on a building in spawn, then build build build as muh as your heart desire. if i like, then i'll make a clone at spawn

and for really creative people, then a reward may be in place... I'm thinking quantum in survival.
