Heyah folks,

Been playing tekkit for a few weeks now and loving every single second of it. However I've run into a bit of a snag...

How in the world do you pick up machines like the quarry/engine/etc once they've been placed down ? I've tried using a wrench, right click, didnt do anything... left click... destroyed my combustion engine! *gah!* So I upgraded to the electric wrench hoping that would work. and still nothing :( tried it in the failsafe mode or w/e it was called (hold down a key and right click) and nothing.

So right now I have a quarry i cant use cause i misplaced it, and afraid i'll break it and loose the diamonds I so painstakingly collected.

I hope this is in the right location, was going to ask in the main technnic forum but as this was on a multiplayer server i host for me and my friends, figured i'd post it here.

Thanks guys!

Just remember to always put it on lossless mode when picking up a mass fabricator. I've had such bad luck with those.

And MFSUs, and reactor chambers/cores, and...well, you get the idea.

Now you've gone and confused the poor guy.

There are 2 main wrenches, plus a dozen other screwdrivers, saws, and whatnot.

Theres the ic2 wrench, and its electrical counterpart, they serve two purposes.

The main one is bronze, kinda orange reddish. The electrical one, uh, looks electrical.

First, picking up ic2 machines, if you break an ic2 machine with a pick, it'l turn into a machine block.

They also reorient ic2 machines that have faces, like an mfsu has an output face, this will turn that.

Now the BC wrench does not pick up the blocks, it just turns them.

Its grayish.

Primarily the engines, use this wrench to turn them.

As i said above, BC blocks can just be broken with a iron or better pick.

There are exceptions to this. IC2 generators (base-gens only) can be picked up with a pickaxe, last I checked. The same goes for batboxes and LV transformers, since there is no lower-level item.
