Huge Virus Crash

Java Version: Windows 64x

Antivirus Program: AVG Internet Security Free Trial

Description of Problem:

What Just Happened? I installed the latest version of java for my system because the launcher was just showing up as "Checking launcher version" Then crashing, but that didn't make it launch. Someone said that if I used the linux version of java, it would work but instead it sent me a virus or something that shut down my computer. WTF JUST HAPPENED?!?!?!

Try running system restore and then re-installing java or you might not have enough RAM?
