Error wile setting up a tekkit server

So i wanted to set up a small 2 player tekkit server for me and a friend over hamachi, but i seem to be having a problem, whenever i open the "launch" ms-dos file it does not generate all the files as it should but instead its giving me an error i will provide a link to a screen shot below for you tekkit heads to take a look at.

Please help me sort it out im dying to play tekkit MP

well if its just you and your freind you can play on my dedicated server with just me(i gotz no freinds) so yeah

Well i dont mind playing on it my self, but i dont know how about my friend, not really sure whats his level of english what might cause a problem, but if you can PM me the details it would be great

You need to give it more memory, it can't actually save anything because you're not giving it enough memory to store it in. Try boosting it by editing the Launch file. Oh yeah, and Mike? Go to the Small Scale Recruitment Thread sticky for that.
