Help with Mining Turtles

Hey everyone, I need some help with mining turtles. Is there a way to save the program you made to the turtle so that you can break it and place it again with the custom program on it. I've done it before a couple months ago but I can't remember how I did it. I think it had something to do with the label program but I'm not sure. This is on an smp server and I don't want to use floppy disks and a computer to save programs. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

You can't because every time one is place it is assigned a different ID.

1. Attach a wireless modem to a computer.

2. Attach a wireless modem to a turtle.

3. Do some kind of magical lua scripting, that I don't know how.

4. I don't even know what to put in step number 4, so I'm going to put in ???

you need to give the computer, or the turtle in this case, a label. use the command: label set <name>

When you break the machine the label you gave shows up on the hover over window, and after placed back somewhere it has the same programs it had before
