World Conversion

So I have a genuine idea for a server, but I need to have my Tekkit world have no Copper, Tin, Rubber, Etc. (anything Tekkit adds to the world) So I need to have a vanilla world in Tekkit. How do? (Every time I start the vanilla world, it makes it Tekkit)

You can mess with the config files and prevent any new ores from being generated, but a tekkit server without a tekkit map isn't a tekkit server, just use the regular bukkit server if you want a vanilla server...

I'm going to have the ores, etc. But I don't want them spawned in. It's mainly the fact I want a big server with limiting the machines and EMC you can use, to make it less OP.
