Unable to download the .EXE file from the site.

So I've been roaming around the forums and i couldn't find any topic on this.

The thing is I am not able to download the necessary files for Tekkit and the Launcher.exe.

When I click the links it just loads pretty long and it gives me the message that it had a problem whilest loading the page and that the connection timed out.

I hope someone can help me with this :)

I think i remember seeing somewhere here that if you remove the word "mirror" from the URL, it works.

I can't test, as I am at work, but that's the best I've got for right now.

EDIT: Tested. it works. Yes, I just nutted up and downloaded it at work.

Just did this. I'm now stuck with the banner across my desktop and the program isn't working. FML!!!!

Just took ages to load (15mins) :P
