Java Version: Um, I think the newest version.

Antivirus Program: None.

Description of Problem:

On my mac, this works fine. I downloaded this for my pc, and it says "Checking Launcher Version" for a split second, then closes. Can anyone help me? BTW, yes, I downloaded the windows version, not the mac.

Error Messages:

None.

Error Log:

He also seems to be under the assumption that his computer model is the correct answer for hospital os version. One can learn from this, he probably doesn't have the correct java version for his os.
