hello.

So i like to play minecraft on a server i setup on my laptop, and play on my desktop. I do this so when I play on my laptop at uni I can just localhost it and so when i have mates over we can all play. although, we have done quite a bit now and the lag is getting pretty big, so we all decided to call that one quits.

what i would like to know is if there is such thing as a world anchor for single player mode? lets say i made a quarry, when i start my single player game a few hours later it doesn't save and load from the last point. is this possible? maybe something to do with getting date/time and calculating what it should have dug?

a friend suggested "insomnia mode". wasn't really what i was looking for.

many thanks!

Mark
