Need a Guide for Tekkit

Hello All,

I'm currently in need of making a Tekkit server. I know how to setup the server iteself, but its everything else like Banning Items, How "Whoever spawned whatever" messages, how NEi works with cheat mode etc..

I don't need a complete guide, because I do know how to operate a server, and manage the plugins.

Sorry for being unspecific. All im looking for is how to change Tekkit Settings. I want to be able to:

Ban Items

Limit Settings (Like Turtle Mining)

Limit NEI from spawning items

Hopefully thats more clear.
