Adding your own modpack to the launcher

Hi there, I'm wondering if it's possible to edit some of technic launchers base files and add another tab to the launcher which will run your mod pack. It is possible, well that's how you guys add mod packs to the launcher, I'm wondering how you do so.

it is possible ive seen people say it is. gotta do something with modpack.jar or something but im just saying it is possible i have no idea on how
