Before going to the multiplayer/singleplayer select screen,I crash(see below)

Notice the mention of a block ID conflict.

That's weird.. Something is conflicting with RP2. Have you modified technic? To fix, you can go to redpower.cfg and set autoassign to 1.

EDIT: Doing this may screw up SMP connections.
