Black and white screen

Operating System: Windows

Java Version: 7

Antivirus Program:

Description of Problem:

All goes well until put the server but black screen appears, I get a text but disappears in seconds and the screen goes blank and I have to close the window. I've tried everything, but it does not work please help me. sorry for my spelling, but I do not speak English very well.

Can we get more info please? Could you post what bit your comp is and what but your Java is? Also what update version of Java (there are several Java 7 updates)

This seems similar to an issue I was having a while back.

I resolved it with a fresh/clean install of both Java and the launcher.

Looks like a problem with Forge. Try reinstalling.

As for the black screen, it might be that your graphics card drivers are out of date. My friends used to get this problem all the time. He also couldn't play any of the steam games he owned, as his graphics card isn't good enough. He finally solved the issue by getting a new computer. Replacing your graphics card or updating the driver on the current one should work.

Your GRAPHICS CARD! Not your Graphics Card drivers. If the drivers are up-to-date, and you're still getting the problem, try uninstalling and reinstalling java. If that still doesn't work, then you need to get a new Graphics Card.
