Wont able to connect even with complete acess to internet

Antivirus Program: Norton

Description of Problem:

Unable to connect to the launcher even when i have acessed the internet

Error Messages:

Unable to download launcher. Please check your internet by typing in techniclauncher.net in your webbrowser.

My log wont show up for some reason

What Java are you using? There are 2 version currently supported. Try disabling Norton while trying to connect. Let me know if that works.

Yes I know that but everytime i try to acess it it wont let me.....

Look for any other fire walls you may have, it seems like you have something restricting your launcher from accessing the internet.
