Disconnects from Tekkit server

I'm not sure if this is an issue on my end or an actual bug.

While playing on a Tekkit server I've been getting this recently, not sure what the cause is.

Launcher/pack Version: 0.2

Operating System: Vista x64

Version of Java: Version 7 (build 1.7.0-b147)

Description of Problem: Tekkit stops responding, and then after (usually a long while) I get the error screen. Seems to happen without warning, location doesn't seem relevant as far as I can tell yet.

Multiple Error Messages

Connection Lost, with either:

• 
  [li]Internal exception: java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort:socket write error
  [/li]

or

• [li]Internal exception: java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort: recv failed[/li]

Additional symptom: after the either error message, the SMP Tekkit server I was playing on cannot be reached until I restart the client.

Still experiencing the issue.

ok I think i have found the fix!

is the server that you want to go on a hamachi server?

if so download the latest version of hamachi if it isn't a hamachi server i am still looking for the fix

I also have this exact issue. I usually get the recv failed error and it happens only in certain areas/chunks. To get in these areas I have to reconnect to the server 1-5 or more times until it loads the map properly.

It happens in my Towny town but no one else in the town has this issue

I am have the exact same error, and as someone said it only happens it certain chunks causing the disconnect.

As these posts were from a while back i was just wondering if anyone has found a fix since?
