Tekkit server help Win 7

When I go to launch the .bat file for the server this pops up:

C:\Users\Home User\Desktop\Bukkit>java.exe -Xmx1G -Xms1G -jar craftbukkit.jar ‘java.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file.

C:\Users\Home User\Desktop\Bukkit>PAUSE

press any key to continue . . .

I would gladly appreciate all help thanks.

edit the batch file so it looks like this

"C:\Program File\Java\jre7\java" -Xmx3G -Xms2G -jar Tekkit.jar nogui

pause

the number after Mmx and Xms are changeable look that up somewhere else.

Did you try browsing to see if the location to java.exe is correct?

I got the server to run but I can't connect to it on multiplayer it appears to be offline and says that I can't reach it when I attempt to connect. Note: I can connect to other online servers with no effort
