Technic Launcher stopped working... before it even starts working.

Launcher Version: Technic Launcher

Operating System: Win7

Java Version: Java7u7 Windows x86 Offline (???)

Antivirus Program: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

Description of Problem:

I click to open Technic Launcher and it automatically says it stopped working and "looks for a solution" yet never finds one. I tried the .jar trick and it don't work, either.

Error Messages:

Error: Unable to access jarfile C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\technic-launcher-latest.jar

Error Log:

(empty)

Disable all antivirus and firewall programs you have.

Save your saves folder.

Delete your entire .techniclauncher folder

Redownload.

...Yes. Make sure that you have the correct bit for your OS.

Use the jar. If the jar is broken, tell us what is broken about it.
