ill be playing in any of the mods, when minecraft "runs out of memory"

Description of Problem:

on any of the mods (yogox, hack/mine, technic, tekkit) ill just be playing when large lag spikes happen constantly then after like 4-5 mins of gameplay minecraft "runs out of memory". i just want technic/tekkit and the yogbox. hack/mine i dont care about and yes, i am implying that i would like to delete some mods. lik for technic/tekkit, i just want the tekkit mod not all th extra mods that come with it.

If it's a universal problem, it doesn't really matter where this bug report goes. This is a wild guess, but what bit version is your OS and Java? (Note: Alienware M14X is not an OS.) If you're using 32-bit Java, and trying to jack up the graphics settings because you have a nice laptop, you will run out of memory.

Also, there is no "Tekkit mod". Tekkit/Technic IS the mods that come in the pack...
