Description of Problem:

I've downloded every type Mac, Windows and the Jar Linux one and nothing is working when I attempt to open up the launcher it just says before it even loads up "Technic Launcher Updater has stopped working" <--- is the problem.

Error Messages:

Technic Launcher Updater has stopped working

Error Log:

There isnt a folder just the program.

Troubleshoot:

Make sure your anti-virus and firewalls are disabled while trying to connect to minecraft.net (while logging in, connecting to a server)

Uninstall Java, then delete your .techniclauncher folder.

Restart your computer

Reinstall the correct version of Java for your computer (ensure the bit type matches)

Redownload the Launcher.

Try to run the .exe, if this does not work, look in your .techniclauncher folder, make sure you have a .jar file in there.

Good for you. I can guarantee that, while your problem may be similar, you have different setups, files, etc. so just saying I have the same problem is not helpful. If you fix a similar problem, post it on bug reports with similar issues.
