So I open up my Technic Launcher, select Tekkit then login. It shows the Mojang start screen, then Minecraft crashes and gives me this error report:

That's just a block ID conflict. Your block IDs will have to match the server so changing them randomly is not a good option. Just try playing with the launcher settings. something will set it right. Try changing to different builds, clear the cache... stuff like that. if all else fails, delete the entire .techniclauncher and install fresh (back up your saves first, obviously!)
