oyasunadev
What is TLauncher? - TLauncher is an executable launcher that detects java for you, so if your an inexperienced user you don't have to use the executable launcher that Technic gives you. - TLauncher is simply the Technic Jar Launcher packed in a ".exe" file making it easy to launch Technic! How to use? - Simply run TLauncher.exe and have fun! Where to download? You can download TLauncher here: http://www.mediafire.com/notgoingtohappen Virus scan: https://www.virustotal.com/irrelevant - 1 False Positive because I packed with Launch4J. Jorcer
...There is already an exe that runs the jar. It is exactly what you have described.
Nolz
Doesn't even provide screenshots or anything. And like Jorcer said, there is already an .exe download on the site

Trust me, its on the internet it must be true! Most people don't understand the concept of JAVA_HOME, so they can't use the exe provided on the site. To use the exe you don't need to understand the concept of Java home. You just double click the exe. If that doesn't work, just double click the .jar. Having an exe launch the file for you give no additional benefits. EDIT: Also your links have been changed because you broke the rules. Take that as a hint...
