Login fails everytime, even when its right

Launcher Version: 3.1.2

Operating System: Windows 7

Java Version: Jave 7 SE

Antivirus Program: Norton

Description of Problem:

Just downloaded the launcher and it keeps failing to authenticate account with minecraft. I tried loginning in on minecraft witht eh same username and password and it worked

Error Messages:

FAILED TO AUTHENTICATE ACCOUNT WITH minecraft.net

So you have bought minecraft?

Delete your Logins folder.

You need a "premium" account.

I've had a premium account for about 6 months and its worked before on that computer
