Unable to launch technic pack

Java Version: version 7 update 7

Antivirus Program: none

Description of Problem:

i cannot open or play the technic pack as it says unable to find a version of runtime for this application

Error Messages:

TechnicLauncher.exe .Net Framework initialization error

Error Log:

unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application

I've seen this problem before, but I do not remember how to fix it. Try searching ".Net Framework initialization error"

Or variations of that.

Download the newest version of .NET Framework.

is it possible that i download the wrong .net framework? there are two version, one stand alone one not?

i used the other one no luck, im not sure what to do now?

Use the edit button please. It is possible that you downloaded the wrong framework, try using the other one.
