Error starting launcher

Description of Problem:

My problem is that the launcher will not start. When i click on the launcher it says ``cannot load appdata/roaming/logs``. It also says that i do not have access to start is this way

If that doesn't work, turn off Norton and redownload the pack.

"The latest one" is an invalid Launcher Version, give us the correct one.

The version number is found at the bottom of the Launcher's options

Well, 1.0.1.0 is quite out of date.

Try a clean install, it should fix it.
