Server "Repair is active" spamming

Launcher Version: 3.1.2

Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit

Java Version: JRe 7u6

Antivirus Program: Norton 360

Description of Problem:

I have a small private server for a couple of friends and myself, today when i got on there was a ton of lag and when i looked at the console there were countless lines of "Repair is active" Every time I start my server this appears after the world has loaded!

Is that the only issue that causes this? I've been noticing it a lot in my console lately.

Would disabling pedestals stop it?

(Sorry, just happened to see this got moved, and noticed it was the same as a question I've had)
