It is one of the mods in the pack that has been updated since it was put into the pack. The updated versions are not compatible with the pack. It's MAtmos, specifically, and yes, new versions will hopefully be put in new versions of Tekkit/Technic, if they're compatible. Don't hold your breath, though.
