can not open or download launcher

Launcher Version: technic 7.2

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium

Java Version: 6.0

Antivirus Program: Alarm Zone

Description of Problem:

Whenever i try to open or download the launcher. it always says "Please check your internet connection by opening www.technicpack.net in your browser" I do that, then try redownloading it. same thing

Error Messages:

Please check your internet connection by opening www.technicpack.net in your browser"
