Block certain items

I need to block certain items with worldguard or something else who works, need someone to explain me a thing.

Now I have this config in WorldGuard blacklist:

But people still can make damage with rings and other objects, so how to fix ?

There are a few plugins, I think one of them is called TekkitRestrict. Search it in the forums and you should find it. There are others out there, I just remember that one off the top of my head at the moment.
