Error in unzipping file. But everything is presentt

Hi, I created a custom modpack, kind of huge, and normally I am able to fix my own bugs. But this one, I don't know what this one is about.

Error unzipping a file for the following pack: ****
error in opening zip file
Please consult the modpack author

I get this error when the file is completely downloaded, and the mods are installed. The launcher is bussy: Checking For Version File...             0%

When I go into the folder every mod is present, the modpack.jar is present, all folders are present. What is causing this? Is there a limit in how big it can be?
