Constantly Crashes when joining servers and worlds

Well, you kinda answered your own question there -> Remove java version 32 bit, install java version 64 bit. You'll be able to allocate more RAM after you did so.

That's pretty normal, considering you have not applied enough RAM to the game.

And looking at your system, you have a 32-bit system, which does make things quite problematic.
