Description of Problem:

tekkit multiplayer isnt working comes up something about java.net.socketexception: permission denied it is also the same for my vanilla minecraft and i dont know how to fix it. my norton has been down for a while is that part of the problem or is there something more?

my norton hasn't worked in months could it be because norton isnt working? and yes i have redownloaded both deleted eveything including saves under mincraft and techniclauncher. could it be my norton?

If it happens with Vanilla Minecraft, it is not a launcher issue. You have a problem with your internet or computer. The Technic site isn't the place for this because it is separate from your normal Minecraft.
