Can't load any form of Technic

Description of Problem:

After the launcher downloads the selected version of Technic, it will attempt to launch Minecraft. A message pops up that says "Minecraft failed to start"

Error Messages:

Minecraft failed to start, errors reported in the log.

Turn off Kaspersky and redownload.

turned off kaspersky and had same error

[Hushful]

Try the Linux/.Jar launcher.

i am using the .jar version of the launcher
