Viperlocc Posted November 7, 2012 Share Posted November 7, 2012 I think I'm in the right topic Anyways, I was going to start up a server for about 6 to 8 friends (not all on at the same time) and was going to use an old dell computer, but it only has 512mb of ram. Currently I'm running a minecraft server on my personal computer and so far no problems. I've played D3 public games while people have been on the server. Now, If I dedicate 2gb of ram (currently have 8gb of DDR3 1866 pc-1500), would Tekkit run nice? For now, I would not really run plugin's, maybe a couple, but this would be a temp thing till I get more ram for the old dell. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
