mfsu power to recyclers

Hi, I have two banks of recyclers 2x 12 with transformer upgrades connected directly to 4 mfsu's with glass fibre cables, when I want to stop production, I have to cut the glass fibre cable, is there anyway I could put a lever or switch to stop power going to the 2 banks of recyclers rather then cutting the cable each time?

Redstone signal going to the MFSUs themselves should shut off power drain from them.

Can't you use the splitter cable or whatever it's called?
