cant update for my tekkit version

Operating System: window 7 32 bit ultimate pack 1

Java Version: java 7

Antivirus Program: no

Description of Problem:

i cant update my tekkit version,it stuck at version 1.2.5,after i launch the launcher,it keep loading on searching for update,but i still can open for my tekkit,i try to reinstall already,but it still cant fix for the problem,can any 1 teach me how to update?

Well. The latest version of Tekkit is for 1.2.5. There is no newer version.

i got the same problem when i load my world it said you are 7 updates behide

Don't worry about that, just ignore it. That's one of the mods which has versions above the Tekkit one. It also has nothing to do with the original question, so next time can you check what the post is actually about?
