Not shure, but imho peoples have your server on the browser screen, or some sites tracking your servers status.

i get that too but mine says reached end of stream then everything stops happens like 2 min after start im experienced with bukkit so im not sure whats wrong i think i got everything right

Don't worry about it. You receive that error at console when someone with a wrong minecraft version (higher than 1.2.5) has your server added to his server list. In example, minecraft 1.4.2 polling tekkit classic (1.2.5).
