Forge Multiblock Not Detected

I am making a custom modpack, and when I try to install the Baubles/Portal Gun mods it says, it says "ForgeMultipart : minimum version required is 1.2.0.336

When I downloaed this and put it in the mods folder of my pack, it still didn't work.

*EDIT* I have determined that the problem is with Extra Utilities. I haven't discovered how to fix it; any help is appreciated.

One reason may be that ForgeMultipart belongs in /mods/1.7.10/
