Yes you could. There is no need to build anything complicated in Tekkit at all. Sometimes you build stuff in Tekkit just for the sake of building stuff. This machine is no more a waste of time than the computers people build in vanilla Minecraft. Someone else will come along and tell me that they could do it with computer craft easier. Someone else will ask me why I am wasting time making golems to begin with. Someone else will tell me frame motors are a joke. Someone else will tell me they could make it more compact. It's easy to be negative.
