Most recipes in IC2 are missing from the 3.1.3, also the Tekkit version field needs the new tekkit

Yeah. Last time I tried to manually upgrade IC2 to the latest 1.2.5 version in my Tekkit client, I had the same problem with recipes not working with NEI 1.2.2.4. But when I tried to update NEI, it broke some other things. So its a lose lose.

Spoken to Sct. It maybe a config file issue and he's looking into it.

The IC2 in 3.1.3 is incompatible with NEI. There's no fix, unfortunately.
