Technic Launcher Won't Load Anything- Help?

Every time I attempt to open Pixelmon, or any modpack for that matter, it will load for a few seconds, then cut to the Technic main screen, no Minecraft screen, no Mojang logo, nothing. I allocated more RAM to the modpack, downloaded the latest Java, and openGL (whatever that is). I have no clue what is going on- any help for a poor soul that just wants to play Pixelmon?

Well, it could help if you uploaded your launcher's log to a site like paste.ubuntu.com.

You can find your launcher logs in %appdata%\Roaming\.technic\logs.

Ah yes, you are stuck with THE Windows 10 issue. You'll have to downgrade your java to Java 7u80.
