Can't place Tekkit Mod Blocks on my 1.6.4 server

So a couple of days ago I made a Hamachi Tekkit server and got it all running but I noticed one problem. That problem was whenever I tried placing blocks from any of the mods it would be paced for like half a second and then disappear.

Any Help Would Be Appreciated

You are most likely launching the "minecraft_server.1.7.10.jar" instead of the Tekkit JAR file.

I launch Tekkit.jar but that don't work either but I will try again
