Can't Craft Mod items

In my custom modpack im running a server of cauldron for it and i can't craft any items expect from vanilla stuff. I can spawn stuff in perfectly fine but i would like to know a fix, i have already re-installed the mods, plugins and server jars. 

Please Help

 

EDIT: I can craft in SinglePlayer

• Are your plugins functioning correctly?
• Are you certain your startup script is launching the Cauldron JAR and not the minecraft_server JAR?

Im using apex as a server host so i can't change that but i will try deleting some plugins to see if that will help

Sign Colors Was the problem
