HELP Having issues with the all known "cannot download: 'MyModpack'"

So I have been making a private mudpack and I cant seem to get it on my launcher.

This is my last resort, meaning I have seen two or three topics on this same situation, watched at least 4 different videos explaining how to make sure I compressed my mudpack correctly, and tested It on vanilla to make sure it works for sure.

Error:

"Error downloading file for pack: Mumble Pack

Failed to download https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/96690066/modpack.zip

Please consult modpack author."

• Make sure you are incrementing the pack version number any time you alter the pack data (modpack contents) or the metadata.
• Your /bin/modpack.jar file is actually named "modpack2.jar". This will cause the pack to fail.

Alright thanks, I ended up finding your Barebones pack and will be using the tutorial you have included... also thanks for replying so fast. wasn't expecting an answer until tomorrow!
