Voltz not responding

I try to help my son. He is devastated because the mudpack VOLTZ is crushing and/or not responding. I can't help him because I don't know what cause the crush but since there is impossible to access the console and reset it doesn't matter what is the cause.

he is telling me the cause and idea that I wrote below:

"My power armor is overheated and I can’t access the server.

Could any staff/clear me, please. Is there any other option?"

 

Here is what is appearing when I try to respaun

this is the Modpack he is trying to long in.

this is how the server starts each time he longs in.

I'm hoping that there is an easy way of resetting but I simply have no idea how.

As that is the server he plays on and has this issue on.

Technic does not own this server, does not moderate this server, nor can they help you with such requests.

Hi, I am an Operations Manager @ Oblivion Networks. If you provide your child's IGN I will happily fix his issue. The issue is he is having is caused by the corrupt power Armour on his hot bar.
