Someone copied my modpack completely

Okay so first I was going to let it slide that this guy copied my modpack right? Well then he copies my art and then a few days later he puts up a paypal account trying to monetize off of all of it. Can something be done about this? Ive reported it 3 times now so I thought I would post here for visibility.

Honestly I would be satisfied with just the art and that paypal crap taken down, and maybe a name change because ill never be able to make a Tekxit 3 without people getting confused.

Using the report link is the best way to get things going. We forum mods have no power over the Platform.

Dang :/ Its been a half a year and nothing has happened.. Oh well.. Well since I own the rights to the image at hand and hes monetizing with it I guess I might file a legal report. I mean I designed the logo myself from scratch I don't think its fair he can copy literally everything about my modpack. Im going to go ingame to see if he copied my title screen too.

Edit: Alright yeah I need to get this guys attention he copied my logo and emblem as well as the one I put ingame meaning he literally copied and pasted my entire modpack, how would I get his attention?

Just sent him a warning message as I am with you on this. This is copy right infringement and is trying to make money off something that you made and did not give rights too.

The only problem is that you said he made it instead of me  Thanks though! Please change it <3 xD

I sent an email to Technic about the situation, I know they don't want to be bothered by things like that but unfortunately it's the only thing I can do :/

and yeah this guy has been stealing other peoples packs too, what he did was he created a "test pack" a long time ago and he just edits the description to say This is only a modpack i use to test things that will come to my other modpack %modpack name% when he wants to steal a pack.

Even if cloning a modpack were considered OK the paypal thing is not because not only is he getting money off of me he is getting money from mods that he didn't make and I need help from someone to take it down.
