Launcher Doesn't Even Attempt to Open

Whenever I click the launcher .exe nothing happens. I'll get the windows loading circle for half a second and then nothing. I have let my computer sit for 20 minutes waiting for something to happen to no avail. I am running on a Windows 10 laptop and the launcher has worked in the past. I've already tried, redownloading, launching as administrator, launching from %appdata%, and changing directories. I would post a bug report but there aren't any available.

Try downgrading Java to Java 8u25 x64

That didn't work either. I'm assuming you mean the runtime version.

pastbin your most recent crashlog and lets see

That's part of the issue, there is no crash log. Correct me if I'm wrong but the directory is roaming, %appdata%, technic, logs.

Try right-clicking on the Technic launcher downloaded file, hit properties. There may be an "unblock" button you will need to click.

Wouldn't running as administrator override any security? Regardless it has full permissions when I go to properties, and there isn't an unblock button in sight :/
