1 Nuclear Reactor, 2 LV Solor Panels and 17 water strainers not enough to power a Quarry?

Hey guys, so I have my set up with 1 mk1 Nuclear reactor, 2 LV solar Panels and 17 water strainers all feeding to a MFSU. However, when I connect my quarry via energy link, the power goes down. Is this setup seriously not enough to handle 1 quarry? What am I doing wrong?

If you don't have the energy link directly next to the quarry, it will swallow up all the power it can as fast as it can, regardless of whether it's actually used or not.

Or run it from a Batbox (not LV Transformer) and it will use a max of 32 EU/t.
