Modpacks will not launch

Hello! So, I have a problem. Every time I attempt to launch any modpack, whether it be "Attack of The B-Team" or "Tekkit Legends," it will act as though it is going to launch, but then promptly closes the Technic Launcher, opens it back up, and then acts as though nothing happened. Thus far, I have seen no crash reports. My Java is up-to-date, I've allocated enough RAM, and have browsed these forums several times over searching for an answer, but have found none. I am hoping that maybe someone who is more skilled than I at dealing with these problems, would be able to lend me a hand.

EDIT - Something I forgot to mention earlier was that the "Tekkit Classic" modpack will open, but remains in the blank white loading screen stage of launch for all of the time that I waited for it, which I believe to be about twenty minutes.

EDIT TWO - Upon further inspection, I do have a crash report, however I do not know what to do with it.

Copy paste your log to a site like Pastebin and provide us with the link.
